INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Private Pay: $150 per 60-minute session

NDIS: $156.16 per 60-minute session

VOCAT (Victims of Crime): Recommended counsellor rates apply

WorkSafe Victoria: $158.53 per 60-minute session

Family Violence Services / EAP: $180 per 60-minute session

GROUP SESSIONS

Integration Lab (in-person): $60 per 1.5-hour session

Monthly Personal Development Group (in-person): $75 per 2-hour session

Psychoeducation Club (online): $10 per 1-hour session

Creative Resourcing (online): $10 per 1-hour session

Important Information

I offer private-pay services and cannot accept Medicare Mental Health Care Plans. I welcome self-referrals, with no session limits or diagnostic requirements, so clients can move at a pace that suits their needs, especially for complex trauma. Support through NDIS, WorkSafe Victoria, VOCAT, and Family Violence services may also be available.

Professional Fees are reviewed annually (next review: December 15, 2026)
