PROFESSIONAL FEES AND IN-PERSON LOCATIONS
Thinking about costs and logistics is vital to choosing a practitioner and ensuring long-term sustainability of the engagement. Below you'll find transparent information about fees, accepted funding, and where sessions take place. If anything is unclear, I'm happy to talk it through.
Here is a transparent cost comparison between seeing someone via Medicare and privately paying to help your decision making process.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Private Pay: $150 per 60-minute session
NDIS: $156.16 per 60-minute session
VOCAT (Victims of Crime): Recommended counsellor rates apply
WorkSafe Victoria: $158.53 per 60-minute session
Family Violence Services / EAP: $180 per 60-minute session
GROUPS
Integration Lab (in-person- Trio): $60 per 1.5-hour session
Monthly Personal Development Group (in-person-8 participants): $75 per 2-hour session
Duo Space (in-person- Pairs): $75 per 1.25-hour session
Psychoeducation Club (online/ in-person): $10 per 1-hour session
Creative Resourcing (online/ in-person): $10 per 1-hour session
Important Information
I offer private-pay services and cannot accept Medicare Mental Health Care Plans. I welcome self-referrals, with no session limits or diagnostic requirements, so clients can move at a pace that suits their needs, especially for complex trauma.
Support is available through NDIS, WorkSafe Victoria, VOCAT, and Family Violence services.
Professional Fees are reviewed annually (next review: December 15, 2026)
