INTEGRATION LAB
"Practising is not only playing your instrument, either by yourself or rehearsing with others — it also includes imagining yourself practising. Your brain forms the same neural connections and muscle memory whether you are imagining the task or actually doing it." ~ Yo-Yo Ma
The Integration Lab is a 4-session body-led engagement for people who have done significant therapeutic work on their past trauma and are now ready to translate their insights into action—in real relationships, in real time.
WHAT IS AN INTEGRATION LAB?
You've done the work. You've explored the patterns left by complex trauma, named the wounds, and developed an acute self-awareness. And yet — knowing is not the same as embodying. You may still freeze, collapse, people-please, or pull back just in response to tension and threat. In these moments, the gap between insight and practice can feel vast and uncertain. The integration lab is designed to help you cross it — not by knowing more, but by experiencing differently. In this next step, you will engage in experiential practices to embody your insights and create new responses in real time. Your awareness shows that you are ready for the next step.

WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT THIS OFFERING
We work emergently — following what is alive in the room, spending time where it is needed, and trusting the process to unfold. We reflect using a personalised reflection sheet across selected themes we explore collaboratively.
A few examples include -
Life Affirming Roles — recognising when you return to survival and coping patterns
Relational Safety - the embodied experience of trust, openness, and vulnerability
Navigating Dissonance - turning conflict into an opportunity for growth and repair
Relational Risk Taking - widening your choices in moments of vulnerability and activation.
Responding to Complex Emotions - identifying, sensing, and expressing what is alive in you
Self Perception and Limiting Beliefs - how beliefs about yourself shape what you ask for and what you allow
The Integration Lab is intentionally structured as a trio. In the session, you will be invited to experience what resonates, what confuses, and what stirs something in you.
When you book a consultation, we can explore whether this is the right next step for you and whether the timing feels right. Expression of interest for the series opens at the end of June 2026 (Alternate Fridays 4-530pm).
