INTEGRATION LAB

"Practising is not only playing your instrument, either by yourself or rehearsing with others — it also includes imagining yourself practising. Your brain forms the same neural connections and muscle memory whether you are imagining the task or actually doing it." ~ Yo-Yo Ma

Integration Lab is a four-session experiential small group for people who already have some awareness of their patterns and want support to practise something different in relationship. Insight can be meaningful and still feel far away when the body freezes, collapses, appeases or pulls back. In the Lab, we slow these moments down together and experiment with new responses in relationship, in real time.

We work with what is alive in the room. Themes may include life-affirming roles, relational safety, navigating dissonance, relational risk-taking, responding to complex emotions, self-perception and limiting beliefs.

You will be invited to experience what resonates, what confuses, and what stirs something in you. You can read what participants have expressed about their experience of attending the integration lab.
