For many years, I have offered guided resources to clients to use between our sessions — practices, reflections and experiments that allow them to stay connected with what we are exploring together in body led ways.
I have come to see these library of resources as an important bridge of support and integration.
The Creative Resources Library extends the idea of support beyond my therapy room. It is a collection of short, self-paced psychoeducational, somatic and creative practices that invite you to slow down, notice what is happening within, and explore your experience in embodied and creative ways.
You will find invitations to settle and orient, notice sensation, listen to the body's communication, explore through movement and mark-making, and connect with inner and relational resources.
Rather than asking you to purchase something without knowing how it feels, I invite you to begin with the Welcome & Acknowledgement and get a sense of the space and my approach. Begin with the free introduction via this [link].
If you find my approach useful, you can access the full Creative Resources Library and return to these practices at your own pace.
These resources are offered for personal reflection, psychoeducation and experiential learning. They are not a substitute for individual therapy or mental health care.
