DUO SPACE
“The room was very quiet with that familiar deepening that arrives when something is happening underneath, beyond the words.”― Bonnie Badenoch.
The Duo space provides a shared ground for two people to collaboratively navigate relational challenges and work through entangled patterns stemming from past traumas.
We are wired for connection — and shaped by it. In this short video, I use clay as a way of showing what that actually means: how our bodies are formed and reformed by our significant relationships, and why working with that in the room together can shift what words alone can't reach.

A RELATIONAL APPROACH
Your patterns live in the relational field between — they show up both in ordinary moments and when the stakes feel risky. Duo space brings unsaid relational threads into the room, so they can be looked at and engaged with together, experientially and directly.
The shared space welcomes whatever needs both of your attention—whether that's repairing past ruptures, developing empathy, deepening emotional understanding, exploring unconscious responses that keep you stuck or attending to how not to activate each other.
This approach works best for relationships experiencing strain or wanting to deepen connection, rather than navigating an acute crisis.
