Individual Therapy [one on one]

“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow’.”
~ Mary Anne Radmacher

In Individual therapy, we focus on creatively recalibrating known coping imprints that no longer serve us. We manifest incongruence and internal distress through a range of mental and physical health diagnoses. Our procedural traces comprise unconscious preferences, including somatic and relational adaptations that cause overwhelm, stuckness, fatigue and pain.

A client I have been supporting for over two years expressed, "I very much appreciate the process that Jaya follows that starts with building trust, gaining insights into one's inner world, leading to gaining knowledge of and exploring oneself. And through this meaningful journey, sharing tools along the way helps in navigating the daily challenges and challenges our usual perceptions. I couldn't have found a more valuable investment from me to me".

In 1-1 engagement, we attend to co-creating caring therapeutic space(s) for neurodivergent, gender non-conforming, culturally diverse and differently-abled humans. You are not expected to be artistically, creatively or somatically inclined to benefit from my approach.

Let's connect; book a no-obligation consultation to speak to me further about your therapeutic needs.
