INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow’. ~ Mary Anne Radmacher.
Individual therapy offers a dedicated time and space to work at your own pace, going deeper into how your lived experiences have shaped your bodily responses, impulses and relational patterns.
Sessions are available in person at Fairfield and Preston, and virtually throughout Victoria.
WHAT HAPPENS IN SESSIONS
Each session responds to what's present for you that day. I don't follow a preset agenda —I follow you.
I pay attention to what's happening in your body as you communicate. The moments you shift away, with hold, or light up. Your pace and what you convey implicitly in each moment. The relational space between us reveals a lot about patterns and needs.
Sessions may include embodied awareness, movement, creative or somatic experiments, or experiencing emotions and body memories as they arise. I follow your cues.
Curious what actually happens in a session — beyond words? This video shows how somatic and body-led approaches work alongside expressive ways of exploring: describing, moving, touching, feeling into what's present.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE
"Jaya's process and practice have allowed me to go deeper and tap into what's going on for me in a way I haven't been able to through talk therapy alone. She holds space with gentleness, curiosity and confidence so you feel like you are in safe hands. As a woman of colour and migrant, I have felt particularly understood and seen by her".
This is your space, at your pace. If what you've read here resonates, the consultation is simply a chance to talk — no agenda, no pressure, just a friendly conversation. Book a consultation with me.
