In 1-1 sessions, we creatively recalibrate familiar coping imprints that no longer serve us. We embody unconscious preferences, self-care resources, protective strategies and relational adaptations to regulate overwhelm, distress, stuckness, fatigue and pain. 

We focus on co-creating caring therapeutic space(s) for neurodivergent, gender-fluid, culturally diverse and differently-abled humans.
