Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow’. ~ Mary Anne Radmacher.
A client shares, "Jaya's process and practice have allowed me to go deeper and tap into what's going on for me in a way I haven't been able to through talk therapy alone. She holds space with gentleness, curiosity and confidence so you feel like you are in safe hands. As a woman of colour and migrant, I have felt particularly understood and seen by Jaya.
What Sets My Practice Apart
**Emphasizing Body Awareness** : We focus on understanding our bodies to create a safe space for connection and to help you engage fully with your present experiences.
**Encouraging Creative Expression**: We promote spontaneous and imaginative self-expression as a way to enhance your intuition and inner strength.
**Ongoing Support** : I provide guided visual and audio support between sessions to help you express, embody, and enact your feelings. This can assist with challenges like overwhelm, fatigue, racing thoughts, and chronic pain.
**Experimental Approach** : We adopt an experimental attitude to help integrate your sensations, thoughts, memories, emotions, and movements, facilitating a deeper connection to your experience.
You are not expected to be artistically or somatically predisposed to immerse yourself in my approach. My practice welcomes neurodivergent, gender-fluid, culturally diverse, and differently abled humans.
