In Individual therapy, we focus on creatively recalibrating known coping imprints that no longer serve us. We manifest incongruence and internal distress through a range of mental and physical health diagnoses. Our procedural traces comprise unconscious preferences, including somatic and relational adaptations that cause overwhelm, stuckness, fatigue and pain.
