Individual therapy offers dedicated space to work at your own pace, going deeper into how your experiences have shaped your body's responses and patterns.

WHAT HAPPENS IN SESSIONS 

Each session responds to what's present for you that day. I don't follow a preset structure or protocol—I follow you.

I pay attention to what's happening in your body as you express. The moments you shift away, hold back, or light up. Your pace and what you need in each moment. The relational space between us reveals a lot about patterns and needs.

Sessions may include body awareness, creative or somatic experiments, or processing emotions and memories as they arise, following your cues.
