Individual therapy offers dedicated space to work at your own pace, going deeper into how your experiences have shaped your body's responses and patterns.
What Happens in Sessions
Each session responds to what's present for you that day and may include:
- Body awareness and tracking sensations
- Engaging with creative materials and experiential exercises
- Processing emotions, sensations and memories as they arise in the moment
